Aptamer, which is consisted by nucleic acids, has been gathering attention because of cost effective and easy to obtain rather than antibody. 

 

One of the remarkably feature of aptamer is drastically conformation change by target molecule binding.  We are focusing on this feature and aiming to combine aptamer and electrochemical measurement methods for detection biomarker.
